Prior to founding Aerospacelab in 2017 Benoît Deper has worked as a Research Associate at the IMD Business School Lead Engineer and CTO of Swiss Space Systems Young Graduate Trainee in the Systems Engineering directorate at the European Space Agency. Before that he started as an intern at the Small Satellite Group at NASA Ames Research Center where he was working on the PhoneSat project while being involved in a newspace startup company in the Bay Area. Engineer by training and Air force Intelligence officer General Teste also graduated from the Higher Defense Studies Institute (IHEDN).
